JOIN THE TEAM
We are always looking for enthusiastic new coaches from a variety of sporting backgrounds to join our team and deliver on our provisions. This includes seasonal Coaches delivering in the Holiday period on our Camps, as well as Term time Staff, working at our After-School Clubs and Evening Weekly Provisions.
We are also on the lookout for individuals with a experience in working with SEND Children and Early years.

No experience or qualifications in coaching? No problem - we offer Volunteering opportunities, training and cover the costs of sports coaching qualifications to kick start your journey in become a qualified coach, with a pathway to employment within our organisation.

Volunteer 2 Coach
Our Volunteer-2-Coach Program actively supports young people from the local community who aspire to progress in coaching - by offering vital work experience, training and accredited qualifications in Sports Coaching (including FA Level 1&2, Multisport Level 1&2, Ride Leader Qualifications and more).
We have many young people who attend our sessions for long periods of time, but eventually feel that they are ‘too old’ to mix with the other children. Our Program helps them to develop applicable skills and work towards a career, whilst also providing them with a source of income, increasing their motivation. Through this, we can access different youth with a variety of lived experiences, creating a diverse team who act as important mentors to help reshape future generations of young people – ensuring the longevity of our projects.
